Jatway's Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

By accessing or using Jatway through its website, mobile app, or any other channel, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Jatway and each user.

Jatway reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Accurate and truthful information is required to register on Jatway. Accounts created with false information will be immediately closed, and any balance held in such accounts may be forfeited.

• Each person may register only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Multiple accounts may not be created from the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility — Jatway will not be held liable if you share it with a third party.
• Sharing or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

After registration, Jatway may request additional verification information at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

Jatway is strictly for adults — Users must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed, and all associated transactions will be considered void.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, identity verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal. Required documents:

• National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both front and back
• A selfie holding your NID card clearly in front of your face
• Where applicable: passport or driving licence

Jatway currently supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket payment methods. Deposits are generally credited instantly. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

• Jatway does not charge any fees for deposits — however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be sent from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — any such payments will be returned.
• If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support and have your Transaction ID (TxID) ready.

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal from Jatway. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit for KYC-verified accounts: ৳5,00,000
• Daily withdrawal limit for standard accounts: ৳50,000
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes, with a maximum processing time of 24 hours.

If suspicious activity is detected, Jatway reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

Jatway offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page.

• You cannot claim a new bonus while another bonus is still active.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• If the wagering requirement deadline is not met, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts or devices will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Jatway reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on the Jatway platform are final — bets will not be cancelled due to user error or technical mistakes on the user's part.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Jatway reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that contained a systematic error.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bet that has already been confirmed will remain valid.
• Jatway sets the maximum bet limit per match, which may vary across different events.
• In any betting dispute, Jatway's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jatway platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity
• Hacking, cyberattacks, or any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system
• Harassing or defrauding other users

Jatway reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, particularly where there is evidence of a terms violation.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any available balance (excluding bonuses) will be eligible for withdrawal. To reactivate a closed account, please contact Jatway support.

• User data is protected with SSL encryption.
• Payment information is stored in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
• Information may be disclosed to regulatory authorities when required by law.

Jatway is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disruptions, server errors, or third-party technical issues
• Account credentials leaked due to the user's own negligence
• Financial losses from betting — all betting decisions are entirely the user's own responsibility
• Service interruptions due to natural disasters or unforeseen events

Jatway always strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, 100% uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Jatway reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any significant changes.
